New VENDOR Registration at BEL : Chennai

  1. After registration, Allotment of vendor code / sending RFQs, are strictly based on the actual requirements only
  2. This Registration is mainly meant for Indian Suppliers, However Foriegn companies can express Interest
  3. Existing Vendors : who are already having BEL Vendor code, BEL GEM code need not Register.
    However if any update other than mobile, email is required, then they can Register. Use your Vendor code as Login id.
  4. New Vendors : In "Register", then Your GST Number as your Unique ID. If you do not have GST number, then input some Unique ID such as PAN or any other ID and you have to remember it, to login again to complete data entry
  5. Password is your Company PAN Number, You can set your own password after Logging in, If your company does not have PAN, enter PAN as "ABCDE1234F". After successfull login, your PAN number will be automatically changed as ABCDE0001A, ABCDE0002A, ABCDE9999A,ABCDE0001B etc. Next time use the new password shown in PAN number field.
  6. Foreign Vendros : Similary enter PAN as "NOVEL1234F" . This will be automatically changed to NOVEL0001A, NOVEL0002A .... NOVEL9999A, NOVEL0001B, etc. Next time use the new password shown in PAN number field
  7. Mandatory Documents for vendor Registration are as follows
    1. Upload Scanned PAN card copy, GST Certficate, Company Registration documents
    2. Declaration as MSME certificate / non -MSME Format , Kindly Download and prepare in your own company letter head with sign/seal of company and Upload it
    3. If your company is MSME then,
      • The Udyam MSME number will be in the format UDYAM-XX-00-0000000
      • EM Certificate / MSME certificate -- Previously known MSME Certificates, if any
      • Auditor certificate, stating that Capital list matches MSME category as as per MSME Act

  8. Previous 4 years CA Certified Profit and loss statement, including current provisional statements
  9. and Previous 4 years Balance sheet
  10. Ensure that Uploaded File sizes are less than 2 MB. File types allowed are pdf only
  11. No restrictions on number of files that can be uploaded
