  2. Eligible ex-BEL Employees to Login and download the information
  3. All members of BEL PF Trust Ghaziabad, can scan the QR Code and check the Demand letter status
  4. After that, they can download Demand Letter, which has 2 months validity period
  5. If funds are parked with BEL PF trust, They can submit notarised affidavit payment request to transfer funds atleast 15 days prior to mentioned last dates

  9. The data (Basic + DA) displayed will be assumed to be correct unless change is notified by the Employee / Ex-Employee within 25 February 2023
  10. As the process involves payroll information since November 1995 / from the date of joining of employee, the basic pay details were compiled from available sources with the Company. In case of any differences, employees/ex-employees may approach with documentary proof -
    • a) the concerned payroll department in person OR
    • b) Send it to the Unit specific e-mail Id indicated in the portal.

  12. All ex-BEL Employees who had not attained the age of 58 Years as on 01.09.2014 will be able to Login.
  13. Employee / Ex-employee is responsible for correctness of information furnished in the Joint Option Form
  14. Contribution once remitted to EPFO is not refundable
  15. Login ID is your BEL Staff Number.
  16. Password is your PAN Number followed by your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format
    • Eg: Your staff number is 299999 and pan number is ABCDE9999F and Date of birth is 01 Dec 1990 then ,
    • Userid will be 299999 and password will be ABCDE9999F01121990
    • Password is not case senstive.
